If memory serves this special edition X5 was produced for the 1999 Neiman Marcus xmas catalog (they have done it woth other cars). I'm guessing it would have been a model year 2000 X5 4.4i.

It was a very different color brown (impala brown mentioned above). I've seen them on eBay on occasion.
