headlight guts

Are the Xenon guts the same for the clear(sport) and orange headlights?

I need to buy 1 new headlight to do the Angel eyes, and I can get a sweet deal on one with an orange marker and if I destroy my old headlight (non bake able) to get the clear marker out will it fit in the OEM non sport/ orange headlight?

Really I just want to be sure the silver housing behind clear and orange markers are the same.

Why are you headlights not bakable? I have an 2002 4.4. Will I be able to make them clear if I wanted to? Thanks.

my build date is a july of 2002. one of my headlights was made in march of 2002, and the other was made 10/2002 (there is a little clock looking thing on the top) I already have clears and want to do halos. I was wondering if I could order a cheaper non sport (orange) headlight and destroy my old one to get the clear corner out and replace the orange one.

10/2002 headlights and newer cant be opened because of the new seals that hella started using.
