Help with Fender Flares

I have a 2001 X5 and was wondering what parts I would need to do the
4.6/4.8 rear flares and running board - some posts talk about a retrofit kit - does anyone know what is included in the kit? Does it come with all the flares + running boards, or is it just the flare?

Thanks JD

I have a set of 4.6is flares that I am not going to use. The big front sections are used but in great shape. The 2 smaller ones that go on the rear bumpercover are brand new. Please email me if you are interested. They are in my attic and I dont have pix but I can get them this weekend. I want to get $350 for them. Im in Ohio. Thanks!!! Sorry to hijack....

You don't need to add flares to add running boards. The running boards come with new wheel well arches that match up to the running boards, but they're not flares like on the 4.6's and 4.8's - for that you'll need additional parts, I believe...
