Brought in my X5 for its 1st major service.....look what they did!!
I brought in my X5 for its first major service. I was at the yellow indicator light which meant I needed service. I have 29k miles on the car and they were going to perform the phase 1 service under warranty. I told my service advisor that the car was working out great and that I had some minor squeaking coming from the brakes.
Since this is my first BMW, I am not use to getting any service done for free. 
Not only did they service my car but they installed 4 new rotors and pads, replaced all the windshield wipers, and waxed yes waxed the car! They also gave me a nice little X3 as a loaner. Nice car, nible but very underpowered 2.5 engine!
