Help with hardwire...
I am hardwiring my V1. I am using some of the directions and pics I found using the search. However, I removed the homelink using a butterknife, and I am trying to remove the lights. My question is, where do I put pressure to remove the lights, I do not want to break anything. Any suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

make SURE you have the proper power wire in order to avoid parasitic drain on the battery, and use the sunroof motor securing bolt directly overhead for the ground. Can't miss it.

Here are a few pics of my setup. Let me know what you think. I have it right above the rearview. Do you think this will be a problem, blocked view? Also, I noticed that on startup, the lights on the overhead glow red, what does this mean? Does it have a purpose? Thanks.
