Trans Update

So after the Trans slip, Stuck in one gear and the Trans Fail Safe issue last Thursday I finally picked up my car on Saturday. The dealer had to call BMW about the issue so it took longer then expected. After a Trans Reprogram the factory requested that the dealer run some tests by putting a few miles on the vehicle but the dealer had no time for this and gave it back to me. So today the same identical thing happend. Back to the dealer after unloading all of my business stuff for the second time. They have to contact BMW again for a cure. I already had the Trans checked for the dredded bump where it feels like you are hit from behind. I feel these issues are related! This is a 2004 4.8is with 35,000 miles so I am wondering whats going to happen when my warranty expires. Its a day in the life of modern vehicles!

If they can't find or fix the problem now at least you have it documented while still under the warranty limit.
