bentley gt vs. x5

Had an encounter with a blk bentley GT coupe. I had the right away when 2 lanes were merging, but the guy stomped on it and I just had to do the same. Yes it outran me but not by much, surprisingly. I had to change lane to let him go or i would have rear ended him. The guy looked a bit surprise that i was pretty close. The GT sounded mean but my remus didn't sound to shabby either. This was around 75 m/h and there were no close traffic on the big open highway. Just had to do it once in a while when the weather is beautfiul

I think he has a 4.4. But I won't race a Bentley cont. GT with my 4.8 either. GT has 0-60 of 4.7 sec with 552 bhp and a V12.

Odd that this comes up..the other day I had the "oppurtunity" to run with one of those on the highway. He never really punched it but we got to take our cars up a little bit. I think he was giving me my 2 car lead.

btw, that was in my Z not the X. The Z makes about 320hp and puts 244 to the ground only weighing 3200lbs unlike the 5000+ Bentley. I'm getting headers put on the Z next week....bring on that Bentley haha.

A shop in town where I have most of my work done is doing it. The headers had dyno'd on other Z's in the shop putting an average of about 12tq/10hp down to the wheels. Stealers are too expensive as are Nismo parts (rip off for what they are, just a way for Nissan to score more coin).

Stock numbers on a 350Z look like this:

0-60 in low/mid 5's
1/4 mile: these claims range, guys at the track in my area run about a 13.7-14.0 with the car.
Top Speed: 160mph

The Z has: JWT intake, AAM Plenum riser, Nismo grounding kit, Borla true dual exhaust, underdrive pulleys.

here they are:
