EBA is the mobile phone data manager, and can be opened with zipzag (although I have not used it so cannot vouch for download service)
TIS is a tile image set that is used by a heap of graphics programs, eg mahjongg ETM is an electronic audio file and requires an ETVC media CODEC to open in an audio player such as eTplayer Don't know the others... Cheers
