dead pixel column

In my ODO the tenths place has the rightmost pixel column dead Is this a typical issue for the earlier year X5's? I think I have one of the first X5's made. Not worth pulling anything apart obviously. But If I ever decided to, is there any custom gaugue clusters I could do while I am in there?

Lots of people, myself included, have had their clusters replaced under this goodwill warranty program. Just follow the instructions and BMW NA will set you up.

do i have a case if it's only a couple of pixels? It's not like I am missing them all over the place. I think I will opt to try and get BMWNA to fix my tranny leak if it ends up being something major.
