New buyer of 2003 CPO X5 - Advices required

I have recently committed to buy from a Toronto based BMW dealer a CPO 2003 X5 -68K Kms equipped with premium, sport, and activity package. The pickup date is early next week. I have not seen the SAV yet, since I leave in another town. The vehicle is currently going under the inspection process to meet the BMW CPO requirements. Any advices about what I need to inspect/verify to make sure that they done everything required under this program? How to make sure that I got what I paid for? It is my first BMW and I do not want this experience to become a nighmare. Note that I have committed to buy it but I have signed the paperwork yet since the purchase is conditional to customer inspection (therefore, I can still retract).
Thanks for your assistance.

In short; inspect everything again yourself.
CPO inspections usually amount to sticking a sticker in the windiow and $2K on the price.

Ask them for the CPO certification report -- they are supposed to produce a report and affirm that they have checked all of the components on it. Also, make sure you have a copy yourself and then check them off one by one...
