I just did mine today. Here a quick write-up:
1)Remove ebrake boot by lifting with your finger from the top. 2)Pull ebrake to access and unlock the jam nut 9mm. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to hold the larger nut in place so it won't turn. 3)Pull handle until it clicks once. 4)Tighten both larger nuts with a 12mm socket. 5)Check tension on the ebrake. Should be gripping sooner when pulled 6)Put X in drive/reverse with handle all the way down. Make sure that there is ZERO resistants. Ebrake pads will wear quickly if engaged with handle is down. 7)Tighten jam nut just as you loosened it 8) Done
