How do I fit replacement interior Wood Trim

Has any member replaced the Interior trim on an X5? I have just purchased a full set of Dark Poplar Wood Trim but there are no instructions on how to remove the existing trim or how to fit the new wood trim. Any advice would be appreciated.

Most of the trim just pops out with a flat blade screw driver (tape the edge of the screwdriver) - the center console needs to be removed - there is an excellent write up on the home page

I've replaced my trims recently, every trims can be popped out with flat head screw driver except center console.
check this manual for center console remove (from page 22)
