2002 X5 Audio Problem

Hi all, its my first post on this great site My 2002 X5 Sport with Wide Screen TV/Sat Nav has no sound coming from the speakers on the passenger side front or rear. I brought the vehicle to BMW and they said I need a new Radio Module at the cost of €800 I have come across a unit on ebay for much lesss which looks identical but has a different model number, mine is BM 54 AI 01 Part 65126933091 the unit advertised is BM54 AI 03 Part 65128385897. Does anybody know if the above would work in my Jeep? Thanks in advance for all replies.

Simon.
