Pic. Request Rear tail light US Version 2004 X5 4.8is

For some reason the stealer ship I took my car in to do some warranty work managed to put two different taillights on my 2004 X5 4.8is and I don't know wich one is the correct one.
I noticed it the other day when I washed the car.

They look similar but the glass is a little different. I don't know if the 3.0 and 4.4i or the euro version have the same tail light so members with a US version 2004 X5 4.8is please help me out with some pictures.

Need rear closeup pictures please.

Thx!!

i think both are oem, just different year. btw you should give the stealer a good slapping.

i think the first pic is oem for 04 cuz i noticed some o4s in my area with those.

IMO the second one looks better.
