I know there are pads that puts out less brake dust but even that, still has dust. Or is there no such thing available? Just wondering

2 choices:
1) Ceramic pads 2) wax your wheels. then you can just hose the brake dust off

ceramic pads will still dust, just not as heavily as normal pads.. about 80-85% less which is huge and will lead you to think there is no dust, but there really is...
weekly washing of your vehicle and cleaning the wheels will keep the build up from becoming a nightmare to deal with... |

It will just take a lot less effort.

Wax works well if you have a nice smooth clearcoat on your wheels (not pitted or porous). Use a spray on or foam type wax. I hate dirt, so my choice is a quick detailer which I use on everything inside and out, top to bottom, almost daily.

i wax my wheels every month or so. then i use quick detailer for day-to-day up keep. It's rare that you'll see my wheels dirty.
