Exclamation Hamann fitment

I am eyeballing a set of pg2's. They are 18x8.5 with 38mm offset. Seems to me they should fit my '02 4.4 just fine. Anybody care to comment with any help? If I go with them, should I stagger the tires? Size recommendations? Thanks!

best setup, look wise would be 20" wheels staggered running on 315 35 20 Rear and 275 40 20 Fronts. The most popular is Style 87, 132 and 168. I havent seen the Hamman that you are talking about, can u post pics?

pics of the wheels

I know that bigger wheels would look better, but I found these wheels at a good deal and wouldn't mind an extra set ( i already have 20's on). I am looking to soften the ride for my wife and 10 month old (it's her daily driver). We have had the 20's since new. I was thinking 18's with some more meat might be a nice change for her. I figure pg2 would not look bad even at 18"...I was thinking 255/55/18 like the stock numbers suggest on tirerack.com.

But my main question is...would these work? 18x8.5 with 38mm offset? They are bascially off an e46 m3. Thanks for any help.

BTW

Here are the wheels on now...just some inexpensive MAS Italy's, came with the ride. We bought with 1000 miles on her back in the day.
