Changing battery

i need to replace the battery in my 3.0 X5 as it is showing signs of age and playing up from time to time.

Can anyone advise if i need to be aware of any issues with restting of any systems etc following a disconnection of the battery.

I persume this is just a simple case of changing the units but would like to be sure just incase.

Thanks

All the dash will light up like a Christmas Tree. All you need to do is turn the steering wheel lock to lock to clear it or just take it for a drive. Any battery that fits for size and electrical requirements (Halfords etc.) will do as long as it is vented.
