What are you all paying for your X5's?

New to BMW's, looking at buying a new 4.4, loaded.
Are you all paying sticker or less?
Any advice is appriciated.
I live in Oregon so if anyone has a good dealer recomendation please let me know.
Thanks All

For a comparison: I paid $130 000 (list price) for my new 2004 x5 4.4 here in Finland. The new 4.8 was $160 000, a bit too hefty a price.

I paid $43K for a 2004 3.0 with 10k miles and cpo warranty, maintanance etc.
It has sport, premium, panormic roof, nav, pdc. You can probably get a btter deal somewherebut this was the exact one that i wanted.

Leased my '05 4.4i in February. MSRP was $60,295 (black sapphire/truffle with premium, rear climate, cold weather packages, heated steering wheel, navigation and premium sound). Negotiated the selling price to be $1,200 over dealer invoice, which was just over $57k. Dealer was indifferent weather I purchased or leased based on this price.

3 yr lease, 15k mi./yr. Money factor of .00125 = 3% interest rate (FYI - multiply money factor by 2400 to get equivalent interest rate). Residual value 56%. Trade in value - $2,750. Payment (w/o sales tax) $679/mo., my state adds 5%. First lease payment was free (President's Day sale event).

Think I got a pretty good deal, and a GREAT vehicle! Only problem is I've racked up over 7,500 miles in just 4 months, looks like I'll either be buying extra miles early (@ $0.16/mi.) or plan on purchasing the vehicle for $34k at lease end.

I bought my X5 4.8 for around $73,000 out the door...but that was with a really really nice hookup. They are normally $7,000 more. As for the 4.4, I would say go to BMWUSA.com and build your own to get the cost. You should be able to get around $2,000 - $2,500 off of that price. Of course it also depends on where the dealership is (ie...whether X5 are really in demand or not...) and whether you know someone that works there or not. Either way, good luck.
