I'm sure there good, they are BMW specified. But when it was time to change mine (70K miles) the most research I was able to do found that NGK's were most recommended. I changed them myself with no problem.

Bosch Super4 Spark Plugs - are perfect. Shows really good quality on my X. Use & enjoy!
