1.5W LED = 45-50 Lm vs. 1000 Lm = standard halogen H3 bulb. So Halogen ~ 20 times brighter.

Yeah the LEDs are just for show. My bro fitted them in his gs430's fogs and they look bright but don't light up the road at ALL!

I belive 03s have the non projector fogs and therefore require h11. Pre 03 have the projector fogs.

exactly

2000-2002s have H3 with projector lenses

2003+ have H11 reflective housings
