4.8 and Air Suspension Owners

Do any other 4.8 owners or people with air suspension know if the car is meant to raise up when you start it and settle down when you turn it off?

It should stay at the last setting before turning her off.

If I raise or lower my 4.8 it stays there even if I turn it off. The only time it changes is when the speed is over 30mph or if I press the button.

I thought it goes down to assist with entry and exit?

You have to hit the button when you stop to make it go down..or be under 5mph or something. Not too convenient.

I have felt it adjust when passengers get in the back. Kinda cool really but I wish I could keep it lowered...it looks so much sportier! Amazing what 0.8 inches does.
