Back window shade

I went to Crevier today and picked up the quarter window shades and the back window shade. The quarter wondow shade fits snug, but the back window shade needs those velcro tabs installed. The instructions are in German, and it is not clear where they suggest sticking the velcro tabs. Do they stick to the window?
