Replacing steering wheel trim

Hi...I am in the process of replacing all the black carbon interior trim for Dark Poplar trim and have only one piece left to replace, the steering wheel trim. I have an X5 4.6is with the sport mult-function wheel. I have read the article from x5Monkey but am none the wiser as he referers to an article from a web site that he described as 330iDIY but I haven't been able to find this site. Can anybody supply with a step by step instruction on how to replace this trim?
