OEM Rear Entertainment Question...

I haven't used my dvd player in a while but recently on a trip to drop off the vehicle at Westchester BMW, the wife put in a dvd to watch and there was no color just black and white on the headrest monitors. I read the manual and couldn't figure out how to return to color. Can it be done with the remote or should I just have dealer look into it?

Anybody here have headrest monitors, or at least experience this problem before? If it's possible to do myself I'd rather fix than ask the dealer to look into it...
