I want to say No to the Home Depot option. But I believe the front flares were not an option in the US. I could be wrong though, But not about the Home Depot.

I believe you are referring to the wheel well flared mouldings? I'm fairly certain that Home Depot doesn't stock them as well. I'm sure someone here will post BMW part numbers for you if these are what you are referring to.

Well, I mentioned the Home Depot option because sometimes hardware stores will carry plastic / trimming pieces which can be used as a "decoy"
!

pay the three hundred or whatever they cost in BMW parts and be done with it. I hope you don't have chrome windshield wipers and that sort of stuff.

You don't think Home Depot plastic isn't as good as BMW's
? And I'm not paying $300+ for a pair of plastic parts.

There is no Home depot plastic that can even compare to a finely crafted front fender flare manufactured by BMW. Do you work at HD, and you get discounts on plastics and plastic cutting/shaping tools?

Hardware stores carry a wide variety of items and you would be surprised of what one can find there.
But that's not the point, the point is that if someone knows of a cheaper alternative to the OEM flares, please raise your hand! |
