Folding Mirrors Problem

Hey guys - wondering if any of you came across this problem....the automatic folding side mirrors not staying in the "folded" state. It goes back to normal position.

Grr, this issue happened to me a bunch. Finally got to the point where the gearing wore down in the mirror in mine and the dealer had to replace the whole mirror motor.

Ok how do you know if you have folding mirrors and what year did that come out on and if you dont have folding mirrors can you retrofit that?

on 03s+ with premium package with auto dimming mirrors

there's a little square button next to the mirrow switch

press [Crtl] + [F] and find power folding side mirrors
