HI guys, just bought a X5!
Hey I'm really interested in putting on the M3 or M5 steering wheel but have heard both stories of whether or not I have to replace the airbag as well if I do this mod. I have a 03 with the sport wheel right now. What do I need to do this mod?

congrats. 03 with the sport package = round airbag. You should not need a new airbag.

I called crevors today and they wanted 382.00. How's pacific Bmw price?

Hmmm. The price could have gone up but you might want to try asking for Vaheh, their Internet sales guy, and also mentioning to him how many great recommendations Crevier gets from the boys here at X5 World. You might also mention how many of the regulars here were from way back in the day at Roadfly. (Please excuse the use of the "R" word.) Good luck.

Yeah, Call Vaheh and tell him that Greg or Kevin (PNG), or Charles (KewlX5) sent you and that they told you that he would sell it to you for $325.00.
