Number 26 fuse keeps blowing!!!

Hello all, I just had my Evaporator changed and everything is working better then before. The only thing is now I have my number 26 fuse blowing all the time. Its the fuse that lets you move your steering and seat position. My mechanic said that there must be a loose connection some where or my motor for the seat might be causing this short. He did tell me before that the motor was starting to smoke up when he tried to move the seat foward and backward. I never smelled anything but he did show me. Either way, does anybody know or have experience with this problem? thanksss

Check the seat rails in case something is blocking seat movement. A motor smoking does not sound good!
