Intake question? PLEASE HELP!!!

So I am one of those lucky X5 owners who's intake box squeals at low speeds and acceleration. Getting no fix from dealer, they say that its working fine and its just loud when sucking in the air. I am thinking of maybe changing out my intake. I have looked online at DINAN High Flow Cold Air Intake System For about $700 and then I found AFE cold air intakes for a third of the price. My question is will this fix my issue with the squealing sound? If so, does any one recommend any that they have purchased. Not trying to spend a boat load of $$$$, just want the damn squealing noise to go away and wouldnt mind a little growl under the hood. Please help!

**2003 X5 3.0i** Thanks in advance
