SPEEDOMETER N BRAKES/ABS BAD

Let my kid brother take my X5 E53 for a power drive on Saturday and after 15 minutes, the speedometer stopped working and the Brakes, ABS and DSC lights come on.
Gone through some threads and scared to think my DSC gone bad. Checked all the fuses in the Glove and the right of the trunk but none faulty. Anyone with this problem ?. What could have happened.

Sensor faulty. Get it checked for faulty code by dealer, not expensive thing.

battery gone bad i think. i once had everything went dead, ABS lights on, instrument cluster dead, OBC dead, it turned out to be the battery, dealer replaced it, i sold my kidney (just kidding) $300 to replace the battery and had dealer reset the computer. i know its a little too much for the battery but i had no choice since i already had it towed to my dealer.

Where is your closest dealer? I can't think of any near port harcourt. I have a feeling that even if you find the faulty sensor, you're still gonna have to get the dealer reset something.

When you say power drive.. I take it your kid brother drove the X real hard! Maybe he hit something like a curb???

He really didnt hit any object. Probably the bad road holes though. Dealer is far and expensive here.
