Buying another X5: 2004 4.4
The price will be around $35-36K with an extended warranty of 3/years 36,000 miles. It has 54k miles.

I think it has every option, but I am not sure. I would really like a pano roof and HIDs. Can you tell by looking at the pics? I am keeping the 2001 X5 3.0 with 102,000 miles.
