BMW going to charge $300 for new interior door handles :O

Ok well i went to bmw and they are going to charge around $300 for some new door handles for the inside of the car as the old ones have all worn due to my wifes bling on her fingers. So does anybody know where i can get some new ones like on ebay. (searched ebay couldn't find any)

How many door handles is that for? Is it just the black part of the handle or the trim also? and does that include BMW fiiting them for you?

Shit, $300 for all four door handles including fitment and installation seems about right...I expect to pay a few hundred for anything I need to replace.

what do u mean by a "generic Problem?" if u mean common, there's nothing more
common of a problem than window regulators failing. if u think $300 for 4 door
handles, plus installation is bad; be sure to be sitting down when u hear the cost
of replacing just one window regulator.

Had both of my front ones replaced under warranty. Are you still under warranty?

Also, IIRC, they cost about $40 per handle, and it's an easy DIY. Thus, if you're talking about $300 for four, you can save $160 by ordering the parts and installing yourself.
