The dealer just fixed a squeak in my 04 4.4 from the same location. Turns out it was the hood hinge

 I cannot help you with your sqeak, sorry. I am sure your dealer will be able to, though. In any case, I noticed this was your first post, and I just wanted to welcome you to our little home on the Web.
