Unhappy PLEASE HELP WITH FAN BLOWER

I came from worm work, parked my car in the garage , turned the key to off position and I noticed that my fan blower from the climate control is still blowing the air even if the car was off and key removed, dosplay off as well. So I sterted the car again and noticed that even if I tried to manualy change the fan's rpm to lower setting or shut off the whole system, I couldn't, the fan was still going and going until now. Opened the hood, removed the cabin filter hoping I can find anything, but nothing. My last thing I want to due is disconnect the battery in the trunk try to reset the system, but I'm affraid to do it, I don't want to mest any thing up by duing that. This forum and u guys are are last hope before I'll turn to the stealer for help. thank you.

I don't think he has any choice but to disconnect the battery. Or unplug the fan if he can locate the connect.

...and again , thx. to ZULU95 I took care of the problem. As u said NONCOM23, it was that resistor. Zulu95 helped me to locate DIY on the main page, went to the dealer, picked up the resistor for $78 US and I'm back in business. And like the DIY step-by-step says, there is no need to remove glove box. Easy access from down below. Thank you guys again.
I LOVE THIS FORUM....

Same thing happened to me last week. Except when it happened to me smoke started coming through the vents. Then the fan stayed on until it blew itself off, and no air flow came through the vents.
