How To Change Trip Reading from Kilometers to Miles...

Hi Guys, does anybody know how to change the trip computer on the dash from reading kilometers to miles even though the computer says remaining fuel range in miles??....

Is that a pic of your X5 instruments? Because its already in miles!

No it's not a pic of my dash but one like mine showing the reading in miles...

Ah Right! You can change the reading through the on board computer on the nav screen. Have you got nav or the standard system?

yeah I have Sat Nav but I couldn't figure out how to do it on the computer ??...

On your screen go to "set", and scroll down the setting and you will see the option for KM or Miles and just click the one you want. I think its also in your hand manual.

Yeah I went through those settings before alright but it only changes the reading on the computer for the fuel range which you can display in miles or Klms, but not on the instrument panel on the dash board..???

press the odo reset button, switch on the ignition to radio, let go of button, and turn off ignition.
