2002 CLEAR LIGHTS

hi there,
i am newbie and i found something very interesting on your page:

http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x5/l...02-bmw-x5.html
i was thinking about buying some clear headlights on ebay for my X5 2002 3.0 but then i see post about angel eyes for 2000-2003 models. i am not shore did i see it right! that silver color X5 has took lenses out of headlights to get clear look! is that right? it looks great !!! if is that what i think. If he took lenses out is there problem with xenon automatic regulation?
please answer
thank you in advance

you can bake your headlights to take out those "waffle" lenses which are currently in front of each bulb to give it a clean look. and you can install angel eyes also. all without compromising any of the xenon's functions.

all you need are the proper tools mentioned in that diy, an oven, headlamps that are made before october 02 (printed on headlights), and something like this http://jlevistreetwerks.com/store/BM...aa2656741df228

and you will be good to go
