Airbag/Seatbelt Light Issue...

My airbag and seatbelt lights does'nt go away when i turn on the car(happens intermittently) and no steering wheel electronics work(volume, cruise, etc.) when this happens, radio as well(radio works fine when i turn it on manually, but usually when i turn off the car with radio on it should turn on when i turn the car back on). After driving for awhile, sometimes this will go away and all steering wheel electronics starts working along with the radio turning on by itself as it should.

One thing i noticed was the headlights resets(turns off and on quick when driving at night)when all electronics starts working again.

This might be a battery issue, but battery was replaced in January of this year.

believe it or not, it's the ignition switch! for some reason the ignition switch does'nt fire the electronics in sequence, so replacing the ignition switch resolved my issues.
