unsolved issue
Hello,
I am still having this problem with the front sound speakers. While I am driving may start working for 30 sec and then stop, Really it is very strange issue, since there is no permanet failure in the speakers. It is quite difficult to explain the timing. Anyone has an idea before bring my x to the service station? Thanks in advace, Marios |

Have you checked the amp? Checked all connectors? If the rear speakers keep playing I would start looking at the amp.
If you know someone with the same system, you could swap amps or radio modules to narrow down where the problem is. Good luck. |

I have a very similar issue, but its all speakers cutting out and only when on Radio mode. Some have suggested a bad battery not supplying sufficent power to the bus, but that doesn't seem like an appropriate reason since there is no cutting when on CD mode. I've also checked by battery indicator and its green, so I don't believe its battery related.

Could just be a failing module. Any water around the module?

Not in my case (with regard to water). I plan to take it in under warranty, but was just sharing my similar problem.

If it is not the amp my guess would be the headunit.
My friends 350Z did this and it was a headunit malfunction. - The Amp is in the back of the car in the trunk. Left panel. Open it up and you will see it. |
