Question Proof once again, can't totally trust any 1 work on my car

Took my car in for few warranty work. Reported a crack rear wiper arm. Stler replaced it BUT they installed it in such a way the wiper blade hang over the lower edge of the glass.
I am trying to pull the arm out & reposition it but it was so hard. Any 1 done this without a wheel puller? Dont want to take it back to the stler for this small item (... make appointment... who knows, they may screw up something else.

Carefully rock it up and down (pull up towards you and push down towards X) this should free it up without having to use a puller.

You need to get the dealer to get them re-adjusted. It's under warrenty, and it should be free of change for you. The process only take about 10~20mins.

Otherwise, if you want to do a DIY. Please go to a thread I started earlier.
UncleTito posted up some very useful instruction up there, if you want to follow. And the specified tool for the job

For the rear window, just remove the plastic cover and loosen the bolt (bolt size is 15mm I think), pull up the wiper arm, and jiggle it a few times. It should just come right off. When you put it back, position it at the desired location, then adjust it up about 1/8" and tighten the bolt. After you tighten the bolt, it should go back to your desired position.

GL and let us know how it goes.

Thanks every 1 for the input. I finally get around & work on it. The trick is rotated the arm stright up so the spring tension doesn't push up against the spline. Once it's stand up, it just a matter of pull it out. I remember I did it long time ago in different vehicle but Just dont do it often enough to remember. Sometime putting a right size drill bit thru the hole at the base will help too. One again, thanks every 1 for the help. It sure is a great site. I browse every sinlge days. ALMOST! hehe
