Yes. Taxes are expensive but that doesn't stop corrupt politicians from importing cars (as you can see the X is a favorite choice) My heart bleed though just seeing it in the News

probably the VIN numbers are erased and the Philipine Govt does'nt want to go through the hassle for no reason (they won't get any money or so out of it in creating a ministry just to handle stolen goods returning system) plus your insurance company probably payed you off already by the time these vehicles are caught.

they are doing the right thing. just crush them. but please send us the transmissions from those cars for free. most of us will need them later on.
