broken (or folded) bumper trim fastener

Hi everyone,
while backing up with my 2005 x5 I caught a chair between my front bumper and tire. Now the bumper trim (or whatevery it is called) just below the right headlight is not perfectly aligned anymore, it seems that some screw or fastener was broken inside.

Does anyone know if I can access inside this area and hook it up again, possibly without removing the tire ? How ?

See the arrow in this photo (taken before) and I will know what I mean.

Pardon my bad english. Thanks for any help you may give!.

Nico.
