Hello, my fisrt asked to the transmission shop owner 30 years experience (he has a chemister University degree...) was to go with the OEM exact fluid type based on my ZF transmission Model. He explained that the wynn's was an absolutly no problem and approved by BMW replacement. Company give 7 years (i think) warranty on their product ( see my hyperlink)

I understand that this is an Equivalence and link with some limited inventory space at the shop.
I'm not expert but this transmission shop is known by other good garage as best in my area.

It was approved by your shop, it wasn't approved by BMW. That fluid is a Dexron fluid.

Thanks for this. I read the link to better understand the terms of their warranty.

At your vehicle mileage (75,000 max, any more than that and there is no warranty applicable...) they limit the warranty coverage to $500. They don't cover any faults that show up in the first 500 miles after the flush, they call that the grace period. And you have to keep flushing it with them every 30,000 miles to keep the warranty active. That is quite a restrictive service warranty.

Good luck, hope it works out for you.
