22's

Is it difficult to get 22's on an x5? I am looking into rims right now and I want to get 22's, if it doesn't require a lot of work. Those with 22's hit me up, thanks a lot.

AU-X5 - very nice ride!! Quick question off this topic, in the pic of the inside of your hatch area, the black rack looking thing attached to the left side, is that a "catch" for grocery bags?? If so, was that factory or something you added??

The Grocery Grabber is a standard BMW X5 part I got of eBay. The part number is:

82 260 153 360

It works well

How does it attach to the panel? Does it require any drilling to the panel?

Straight on, no problems at all. I have a 2005 with Sports Packet and the ride is firm but good, the handling is great. 22x10 all round.

i do love my 22's but it does honestly beat the shit out of the truck with the much firmer ride, most of my truck rattles and doesnt take the big bumbs very well. Its also much louder on the highway. Other than that they look and ride great..

I think im going to swap my rims out with the new 22inch M par on ebay right now..

22" are like they say "bumpy" ...i find my acceleration is not as good as the stock 19" and my gas mileage went from 12.8 to 10 roughly city driving... so go figure...but it still looks nice. hahaha...
