Angry Keyed

My X5 was parked in the street in broad daylight in a "mixed" neighborhood while I visited my cousin. As I left her house and began walking toward my car I noticed a van idling in the middle of the street and someone standing close to my car. As I continued walking, the person moved quickly and jumped in the passenger side of the van and left. As I approached the X5, I instantly noticed a deep key mark in the right front fender. I can only imagine they were about to break into the X5 as they noticed me and keyed me out of frustration. I guess I'm lucky, if I had waited a few more minutes, I would have found a broken window or worse. Are X5's easy to steal?

Tomaz..Damn those fcks...I hate hearing stories like this..It makes me sooo angry...I think its ridiculous we can't go anywhere with out keeping a third eye on our cars at all times..just ridiculous..There's so many things i could say right now about those kinds of people but i wont....But no, i don't believe our cars are easy to steal..but if anybody wants to steal anything bad enough..they will..

Sorry to hear. Maybe he was looking for parking and you were where he parks. Either way, keying is bad and is an act of cowards.
