Not exactly...the ebay listings don't include the fancy wire harness required for advanced integration (remote act., interior light sync and DRL). However, the rings and ballast are the same. Also, Jlevi has a lifetime warranty.

Oh yeah. Sorry. You're right chief. The ballasts and rings are the same but does not come with the wiring harness that will allow you to directly hook it up to a constant 12v power supply. This harness is on sale however with www.bimmian.com for $25.

Sure chief, here ya go: http://www.bimmian.com/cart/add-to-cart.htm?item[]=SPE090016

If you can't open it type the part # SPE090016 under search. This is for the non remote trigger option. $35 for the harness with the remote trigger (still a good deal--i think these are the ones with the switch for the AEs). I called up Bimmian and they confirmed that it will fit the X5.
