Newly completed mods

Okay. Despite being mechanically challenged, with the help of this great group of X5world members, I was able to mod my E53 with things I wouldn't normally do.

My latest successful mod includes:

Chrome Gauge rings

ACS replica aluminum pedal install w/ matching gear shift knob (not in picture)
http://i186.photobucket.com/albums/x...g?t=1188609332

and ccfl angel eyes install

and rear chrome exhaust tips:

The only mod I regretted is changing my HID Bulbs to 6000K. Its way to blue for me. If anyone wants it, PM me.

oo are those the ebay tips for the 3.0?

You think I should get those or keep my stock sport black tips?
I've been debating.

The 335 is a nice car. Excellent in all aspects, acceleration, power, handling etc. Paddle shifting takes a little getting used to but you can feel the power of the car (you'll feel the turbo kicking in). Not an all around car though. my wife skidded all over the place during winter last January. Combination of rear wheel drive and low profile HP tires doesn't work well with snow.

Hey Alex (SuaveX5),
Yes I did get my X back after 3 days in the shop. They did charge me for the CV replacement but gave me a 10% discount. Still had to cough up some $$$$$. The front wheel wasn't so cheap either. I got these mods before the incident and only had a chance to install them when I played hookie last Thurday.

NovaX5, yeah I was thinking about the 4.6 tips but takes more time as I had to bring it to the muffler shop, get welded, etc. The tips I bought only took me 10 minutes to install and its holding up pretty well. BTW did you buy just the tips or did you buy the muffer as well?

Silver5. LI-X5
Thanks for the kind words
