Warranty Company Comparison

Hey All,

I've been looking into third party warranty contracts when the CPO runs out next Feb. While Warranty Direct seems to be the end-all, be-all according to this forum's percentage, I've talked to my dealer that sponsors one through Aon. It's for 30 months/30k miles @ 1800USD with a 100USD deductible. Coverage ends after the date of purchase, not over specific mileage. It's comparably close to the CPO in terms of what's coverage. Service payment is done through a company credit card and my dealer is very reputable (expensive, but reliable). I'm just wondering if anyone else has experience with this company or thoughts in general. Warranty Direct's closest price is nearly 1200USD difference for my area and vehicle's mileage (73k) Thanks.

Hey Cruiser, Aon is a huge insurance company not a fly by night. I used to deal with them a lot a few years back in relation to corporate aviation insurance and commercial insurance. They were headquartered in one of the World Trade Centre buildings that went down in the 9-11 disaster. They lost quite a few employees then.

Cheers
