X5 repair in New York

Hey everybody, what happening?

Need some auto body repair done to my 2005 x5 4.4, basically the lower half of the bumper with sensors needs to be replaced, and the top half of the bumper needs to be repainted. My dealer in Queens has recommended Paul Petrone auto body shop in Flushing. Did anyone hear anything positive about this shop, or maybe someone can recommend a reputable shop that does quality work.
Appreciate your input fellas,

Have a good one.

yes, they did the body work on my x when my lights were stolen (overall i was pissed off at Rallye for taking 3 times to get the repairs done, but the risidual problems weren't body work related they were dealer service related (over in Roslyn) like not adjusting the lights, not re-programming the computer etc etc) Any of the service advisors can help you, the managers name is john, but unless you're asking for something special, i don't konw if you want to "run it up the flagpole" right from the start.

a little advice though, be VERY specific about what you want done and make sure they have it in writing on the service ticket before you leave. Afterall it is a body shop

if it's real I highly recommend East Coast M// Power (Bronx NY), this is the closest you will get to fixing your car by a BMW Certified Technician and not pay the Dealer Price. I would recommend these guys over any mechanic, I saw them take a blown engine out of a 4.4 and put a new one in flawlessly...they only deal with BMW vehicles

I can also recommend a good body shop who did very good work on my Land Rover Discovery...I had a side swipe and messed up my bumper, Fender, two doors and rear Qtr Panel, once the car was finished you could not tell there was ever any damage

Thanks again gresch, appreciate all the info, I'll definitely check Rallye out...

..... and LOL, Carlos I am for real, but my car has slightly less problems than the pic you were reffering to. My car was rear ended at a stop sign, minor damage, just need some quality work done, thanks for the info, bronx is a little far for me, but if its worth a stretch i wouldnt mind giving them a call and setting something up.
