CPO is indeed better than NOT having any warranty I agree. But given other options, I would not buy a CPO car from a CPO dealer, the mark up is too much. I have NEVER found a BMW dealer sell a CPO car at a fair dealer price, they are heavily marked up and overpriced. For the same amount of money, I can get one in the private market which has say half the number of miles and the original BMW factory warranty. Less likely to break, more stuff covered and no deductable.
