Turning and Shutting Off

Hey All,

I don't know if this has been an issue with anyone else in the 53 forum, but the X is @ the dealer getting a program update to deal with a peculiar problem of the car shutting off after or during a sharp turn. It happened for the second time yesterday as I was making a hard left turn into the turn lane at a stoplight. It's has only occured in what I would describe as U-turn situations, i.e. slow sharp turning. The X shuts down completely and all the dash indicator lights illuminate. I just put the car in park and turned off the ignition, waited a few seconds and then restarted with no apparent issue. The service advisor said that it's an RPM issue and a software update was needed to fix the problem. So we'll see... I'll update after I hear from the shop.
